ROBINETTE KENNEL SALES CONTRACT

This puppy/dog is a pure bred American Pit Bull Terrier. The puppy/dog will be current on all vaccinations, parasite prevention and properly socialized before leaving. Robinette Kennel guarantees that all dogs are to be in good health at the time of sale.

It is recommended that the purchaser take the dog to a licensed veterinarian of his or her choice within 72 hours from date of purchase for a complete physical exam. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health within 72 hours, of which is clearly un-sellable, the dog may be returned with a written diagnosis from a certified veterinarian, for full refund of the purchase price of the dog or for another dog of equal value. The choice is to be determined by the seller. Robinette Kennel will not be responsible for illness diagnosed after this time period. Robinette kennel will not be responsible for problems arising from mistreatment (i.e. not keeping vaccinations current, parasite prevention, etc.).

Puppy’s/dogs that will be sold as pets will be spayed or neutered. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter pet. Upon proof of alter registration will be furnished.

Puppy’s/dogs that will be purchased for conformation and performance, which will be bred, buyer agrees to not breed said puppy before it reaches two years of age. Sire/dam pictures should also be sent to Robinette Kennel for approval. The owner agrees to ensure proper selection of stock, and proper care of the produced puppies. All bred puppies will bare the Robinette name in its official forever name.

The buyer swears that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this puppy/dog and that it will remain solely in his/her custody. Buyer further swears that he/she is not associated with a pet shop or animal broker. The buyer agrees that ownership or possession of this puppy/dog will not be transferred without the consent of Robinette Kennel. If at any point the buyer is unable to further keep the said puppy/dog, Robinette Kennel will accept the return of this puppy/dog at any time and purchaser agrees to do so in such a case. However, Robinette Kennel is not obligated to refund any or all monies. (It is at the discretion of Robinette Kennel.)

The buyer agrees to care for this puppy/dog as would a humane and conscientious dog owner would and agrees to provide: 1.Adequate fencing, adjacent to and accessible from the buyer’s home, and refrain from restraining it on a chain or rope. 2.Adequate veterinary care, including but not limited to annual checkups, and to keep all immunizations and parasite medications current. 3.Adequate house for this dog within the buyers home and yard. 4.Adequate exercise by providing the dog with supervised walking or running on a regular basis. 5.Feed the dog a good quality pet food.

Cost indicated below, is due before the puppy/dog reaches the age of six (6) weeks. The puppy/dog should be paid in full by the age of twelve (12) weeks. If the puppy/dog is not paid in full by this age, the deposit and any other monies will be forfeited to Robinette Kennel. A $200.00 deposit is required to secure a puppy, or for transfer to a future breeding. Shipping charges to include crate and health certificate are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The new owner shall agree to keep the prefix of the kennel (example: Robinette’s Name Of Dog) in the puppy's permanent registered name for the life of the dog. Both parties have agreed that neither this puppy/dog nor his sire or dam have been breed for fighting or any other illegal activity, nor will be sold for this purpose. The buyer will inform the breeder of any change of address or phone number so that we may keep track of all puppies/dogs bred by this kennel. Photos/updates should be provided to Robinette Kennel regularly. If at any point the contract has been breached, or if any mistreatment or misconduct of the purchased puppy/dog Jenna Scoggins of Robinette Kennel has the right to regain possession of the said puppy/dog. Jenna Scoggins of Robinette Kennel and _______________________________________ agree to this legal binding contract and will abide by it, by our signatures below.
